The dry Section

Kristina was raised in Great Falls, Montana. She graduated from the University of Montana, with honors, in 2001, receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Montana School of Law, graduating in 2006. Kristina received her masters of law degree (LL.M.) in taxation from the University of Washington School of Law in 2007. 

Kristina's practice focuses on estate planning, probate, real estate, and business formations and transactions. She is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Montana and is a retired member of the Washington bar.

Prior to opening her own office, Kristina spent 8 years working at a large law firm.

the fun section

1. Kristina is an accomplished chef and baker and in the past had a farmer's market booth selling whoopie pies.

2. Kristina has 2 sons, 1 dog, around 100 houseplants, and 1 husband, all of varying degrees of disobedient.

3. Kristina is regularly in bed by 8pm.

4. While traveling in Japan, Kristina and her husband had a transformative 7-course, 3-hour, kaiseki meal; each dish comprised of a different type of hand-made tofu. She knows you think that sounds gross. It wasn't.

5. Although Kristina dated the captain of the football team in high school, she eventually married her husband who starred on the 7th grade football team while he was in the 8th grade.
